The application deadline will be November 1st, 2023. Board member responsibilities include attending board meetings every one to two months that are about an hour long, volunteering in some capacity at Cape Fear Regional Tennis Foundation events and/or providing administrative support. Each At Large Board Member is encouraged to serve on a committee. Please check which committee you would like to serve on? *

Bylaw/Policy Committee: Volunteers would participate in reviewing the Bylaws/Policies and proposing additions and amendments to the board as needed.

Tournament Committee: Volunteers would help tear down/set up and/or sit at the table to help with scoring player check-ins.

Financial Committee: Volunteers would help with creating budget reports, monitor bank transactions, and provide additional support to the Treasurer.

Planning and Events Committee: Volunteers would plan socials and event and/or help with setup/tear down.

League Committee: Volunteers would help recruit league players and provide input to the board as a representative for the facility they play out of.
