SUBMISSIONS: Applications to vend are due by APRIL 15, 2019. Accepted vendors will be notified by MAY 15, 2019.
LOAD-IN: Wednesday, August 7th | 12pm to 8pm ONLY
SET-UP: Setup must be complete by Thursday, August 8th at noon.
LOAD-OUT: All service must cease by Monday, August 12th at 11am. Load-Out begins after all patrons depart (8/12 at ~ 2pm).
PERSONAL MUSIC: Stereos, iPod speakers, or PAs of any kind are NOT permitted at any time that the festival is open to the public.
SINGLE-USE DISHWARE: Disposable/Compostable dishware and utensils are prohibited. Participation in our reusable dishware program is REQUIRED.
VENDING HOURS: Vending runs Thursday, August 8th at 12pm through Monday, August 12th at 11am. Booths must be open from 11am to dusk Thursday-Sunday. Additional hours are at your discretion; late night hours encouraged.
PAYMENT: Booth fees are due in full by JULY 1, 2019.
MEAL VOUCHERS: Vendors agree to sell food wholesale ($7.50/meal) to Beloved. We provide vouchers to artists, staff, and volunteers only. Each meal voucher will be redeemed for ONE FULL meal or plate from your menu (up to $14.00 retail value). Beloved purchases the vouchers you collect for $7.50/each during Vendor Settlement on Monday, August 12th.
