NHA Refund Request
Complete the below form to request a refund from your students food service account.  Please log into your TITAN/Linq Connect Account and turn off Auto Pay to avoid an automatic deposit being triggered once the refund process is complete.  Refunds will be processed and sent electronically within two weeks of request.
