PTSG FALL PUMPKIN RAFFLE

The PTSG is holding it's annual Pumpkin Raffle and for $25.00 you can purchase a pumpkin from our patch with the chance to win $500.00!!

Only 150 pumpkins will be sold! 

The winner will be chosen at the Fall Festival on Saturday October 14th. You do not need to be present to win but all are encouraged to attend and enjoy this fun yearly event. 

Please fill out the this form to purchase your pumpkin.  Payment can be made via credit card on the link provided after you submit this form.   If you would like to purchase multiple pumpkins you must fill out a separate form for each one.
