Each fall, as part of Harwood Union High School's HarvestFest, students participate in SERVICE PROJECTS across our larger community. It is day of camraderie, and a reminder that “we reap what we sow” both at Harwood and beyond. This will mark our 4th year of this annual tradition!
This year's HarvestFest is scheduled for THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2026. Is your organization interested in hosting students for community service?
Please fill out the form below to help us begin our planning. Some big-picture details:
- Our window for service will run from 9:15 - 1:15. This will amount to roughly 3 hours of actual work time after transport and a 30ish minute lunch on site.
- The RAIN DATE for this event is Thursday, October 15th. If we do have to cancel the event because the weather is looking absolutely horrible, we will notify you at least 48 hours in advance. A bit of rain won't deter us though. 😉
- We will be sending at least 1-2 chaperones with students to each site. Chaperones can support logistics "on the ground".
