If there is space in Camp through online registration, please complete this form, and send the check within 9 business days to hold your spot.  (Check must be received more than 14 days prior to camp start date).  You'll receive an email within 2 business days regarding your request, and it'll include the total price, mailing address and health and safety form.  Please make the check payable to 'One Village Sports'.   Cash payments can only be arranged and paid only directly to Jen.  Coaches may not accept cash, and they will require an online payment if your player has not registered a week in advance of the camp.
