Student Refunds
Dear Westcliff Student,

***We do not process refunds until we receive notification from the appropriate departments. This means that if you have NOT RECEIVED an email from the registrar regarding your program withdrawal, course withdrawal, schedule change, or enrollment cancellation, we WILL NOT process your refund.***

***Also, do not use this form to inquire about financial aid refunds. Any requests for Title IV/financial aid refunds utilizing this form will NOT be processed.***

Please ensure that all information is accurate as any inaccuracies will cause delays in your refund. Our estimated refund process is 30 days upon receipt of your refund request. If you have any questions or inquiries regarding the status of your refund, please wait until 30 days has passed before emailing us at studentaccounts@westcliff.edu. 

If you are a parent or third party requesting a refund on behalf of a student, please fill out the first portion of this survey with the student's information and the banking/check information with yours.

Prorated Refund Policy

8 Week Courses:
Week 1 of the course (Monday-Sunday) is eligible for a 100% Tuition refund
Week 2 of the course is eligible for 80% Tuition refund
Week 3 of the course is eligible for 60% Tuition refund
Week 4 of the course is eligible for 40% Tuition refund
Week 5 of the course is eligible for 20% Tuition refund
Anything from week 6 to week 8 is not eligible for refund

16 Week Course
Week 1 of the course (Monday-Sunday) is eligible for a 100% Tuition refund
Week 2 of the course is eligible for a 100% Tuition refund
Week 3 of the course is eligible for 80% Tuition Refund
Week 4 of the course is eligible for 80% Tuition Refund
Week 5 of the course is eligible for 60% Tuition Refund
Week 6 of the course is eligible for 60% Tuition Refund
Week 7 of the course is eligible for 40% Tuition Refund
Week 8 of the course is eligible for 40% Tuition Refund
Week 9 of the course is eligible for 20% Tuition Refund
Week 10 of the course is eligible for 20% Tuition Refund
Anything from week 11 to week 16 is not eligible for refund
