Pelvic Floor Screening
If you are curious if your pelvic floor (which is a part of your inner core) is something that can be contributing to what you are feeling in your body, take a moment to answer the screening questions below.  If you answer "yes" to any of them, even if not your primary complaint, this shows that your core and pelvic floor system may be a factor in your symptoms.  Since Dr. Brenda takes a whole-body approach to recovery, even pain that may seem unrelated can be improved by addressing your core and pelvic floor stability system, especially if any of these questions are true for you!  Your email will be requested in case you want your answers emailed to you, but it is not required.  This form can remain anonymous and just for your own curiosity, if you choose.
