OBX Jeep Jam Vendor Application
This form must filled out in its entirety to be considered for a vendor spot at OBX Jeep Jam 2020. Upon review and approval of your application, we will notify you via email if you application is approved. Upon approval, you may complete your registration by paying via check or PayPal. By completing this application, you agree to and understand the following:

• Vending Hours:
Friday, September 25th
- load in 8:00am-10:30am
- sales hours 11:00am - 10:00pm (food trucks 11:00am - 4:00pm)
Saturday, September 26th
- sales hours 11:00-am - 5:00pm
- load out 5:00pm - 8:00pm

• Refund Policy: OBX Jeep Jam will issue a 50% refund up to 60 days prior to the show date. Beyond this NO refunds will be issued.
• In addition to your vendor fee, you are required to donate an item with a value of at least $50 for our raffle and other promotional efforts.
• Vendor must keep wares inside booth area and aisles clear.
• Vendor expressly agrees to indemnify and save OBX Jeep Jam, Bearded Face Productions, OBX Chrysler Jeep, and Goin' Coastal Jeep Club harmless from, and against any and all claims, loss, damage, injury, and liability however caused, resulting from, arising out of, or in any way connected to vendor’s use or occupancy of the leased premises.
• Vendor is responsible for all licenses, permits, taxes, and insurance.
• OBX Jeep Jam has permission to use your business name and products for marketing purposes for this show.
• Vendor will provide OBX Jeep Jam with at least 3 photos and/or video or their product or services for the purposes of advertising on social media.
