I am participating in a hike led by West Duwamish Greenbelt Trails Group. This is an informal group of community volunteers and is not an official organization. I agree to the following:

· I am doing this activity by choice.

· I understand that this activity requires significant physical ability and using personal judgement.

· I understand that there are risks in doing this activity including minor injuries, major injuries and possibly death (we hope not!).

· I will be responsible for the safety and well being of myself and my dependents.

· I will let trip leaders know if I am injured or need help.

· I will not hold any of the members of West Duwamish Greenbelt Trails Group and/or the City of Seattle liable for any injury or harm that I experience.
