Juntendo University Clinical Observership Program: Openings
To learn more about openings during the period you want to apply please fill out the following Google Form and an email will be sent to you listing the available openings. 

Notes about openings: 
  • Juntendo University academic year is 1 April - 31 March
  • Programs run on Monday to Friday schedules
  • Program length is between 1 - 8 weeks. 
  • No additional applications are being accepted between: 23 February 2026 - 29 May 2026
  • Due to public holidays the program will not occur the week of September 21 - 25, 2026
  • Application Period:
    • All applicants must have required application items 1-10 confirmed 120 days before their desired start date to apply.  
    • Applications with a start date more than 305 days in the future will not be accepted.
  • Number of applicants 
    • Non-Partner Universities: 2 per institution in one academic year 
    • Partner Universities: 4 per institution in one academic year 
    • Juntendo University can accept up to seven students from medical schools in the same country at one time.
