Finance Team responsibilities include managing all CDA fundraising and financial transactions, providing the CDA Executive Board with a listing of all money raised and all expenditures; developing and implementing necessary fundraising methods for CDA, state federations and chapters, overseeing the management of the CDA Honorary Council
The available positions are:
Deputy Development Director (1): Assist the Director in coordinating the finance team and fundraising.
Alumni Fundraising Coordinator (1) : Assist the Director in coordinating outreach to small dollar donors for a recurring donors program for CDA alumni.
Development Training Coordinator (1) : Assist the Director in offering trainings to state federations and chapters on fundraising. They will recruit potential guest speakers who are experts in fundraising to be on video or phone conference trainings. They will also work with the Director to develop a newly updated CDA Fundraising Guide.
Party Fundraising Coordinator (2): Assist the Director in coordinating outreach to party officials, elected officials, and other large institutions for all things related to fundraising. This could include direct CDA fundraising or helping connect states to these institutions.
State Federations Fundraising Coordinator (1): Assist state federations in compliance and developing fundraising strategies.
