Thank you for joining us to celebrate Jackson's 2nd annual Jackson Pride Fest. This year is our first going public with our event. We feel honored with the opportunity to reach out to the LGBTQ+ community and their allies. This year we are expecting approximately 1000 people to be in attendance for our event.

* This is a rain or shine event

* If you are selling or displaying adult products (vapes, implements, etc.) you MUST keep them out of children's view

* You MUST ID if you selling or promoting 18+ products

* Any vendors that try to promote bullying or hate speech against the LGBTQ+ community WILL NOT be tolerated.

* If vendors promote inflammatory content (i.e. hate speech, shaming of others, bullying, being disruptive) they will be removed and no refund will be given.

10x10 Retail Space - $75 + 2.9% tax to cover Paypal & Venmo fees (if using Paypal or Venmo)

10x20 Retail Space - $150 + 2.9% tax to cover Paypal & Venmo fees (if using Paypal or Venmo)

10x10 Food Space - $90 + 2.9% tax to cover Paypal & Venmo fees (if using Paypal or Venmo)

10x20 Food Space - $165 + 2.9% tax to cover Paypal & Venmo fees (if using Paypal or Venmo)

10x10 Non-Profit Retail Space - $50 + 2.9% tax to cover Paypal & Venmo fees (if using Paypal or Venmo)

10x20 Non-Profit Retail Space - $100 + 2.9% tax to cover Paypal & Venmo fees (if using Paypal or Venmo)

Food Truck - 20% of sales from the event (negotiable)

Payment Due Within Two (2) Weeks of Application Date

Important Vendor Information

Event begins at 10am on October 19, 2019 and ends at 5pm on October 19, 2019. Setup begins 2 HOURS before start time, at 8:30am. Vendors are responsible for setup & tear down of booths. Any vendors who have not paid in full within TWO (2) WEEKS of application date, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment, but will be given electrical and water access. We reserve the right to deny your application, or ask you to leave the premises if you do not follow the rules above.
