The NIRSA Services Corporation (NSC), a wholly owned subsidiary of NIRSA, was formed in 1999 to develop, guide, and implement marketing opportunities through collegiate recreation and manage NIRSA sport tournaments.

NSC is the innovation arm of the organization, driving development of revenue generating programs and products that benefit campus recreation, overseeing Campus Activations, Bluefishjobs.com and the NIRSA Championship Series.

As part of the association’s long-standing commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion and to advance our strategic priority to strive for inclusive excellence with an anti-racism and equity lens, NIRSA leaders have committed to explore and ensure equitable practices within the association.
