Please also note: If your application enquiry is successful in order to trade on Church Street you will be required to submit following:

- Public Indemnity Insurance of up to £5m

- National Insurance Number with photographic proof

- A request to fill out a street trading license application and payment of fees applicable

- Passport photos of all stallholders

AND if a food stall in addition to the above:

- A food hygiene certificate of at least level 2

- Be a registered food business in the required local authority

- Fill out further application details relating to food standards and hygiene

- A copy of a gas safety certificate if applicable
