Amelia A. Adams Scholarship
The Amelia Ann Adams Scholarship, originally funded by Amelia Adams, seeks to encourage young and mature
students entering into or pursuing a career in education, social services, or social justice. Additionally, this
scholarship is available to those who are seeking to enhance their skills and or knowledge through professional or career development workshops and/or continuing education opportunities.

This is a voluntary and confidential scholarship process to be used by the Amelia Ann Adams Whole Life Center . scholarship committee. In order to fully understand and evaluate each application, please
provide all information requested.

Scholarship Awards Information:
-Up to $500 for new, current or returning students to attend a college or university
-Up to $500 to support professional development opportunities

DEADLINE: Monday, August 31, 2020. All applications and letters of recommendation must be submitted by
11:59pm PST on Monday, August 31, 2020.

Letters of recommendation may be submitted from the recommender directly to the scholarship committee by email at aaawlc@aaawlc.org

All official transcripts must be mailed and all letters of recommendations submitted via postal mail or email and must be postmarked by Monday, August 31, 2020.
