$100 for an approximately 10x10 booth space for 3 days of market

I have read this application and have agreed to accept all rules and conditions within it and those that appear on the website ( under Artisan Collective Direction & Policies, What to do, what we say & how we play. I will not hold the event planners responsible for damage, loss or theft of any kind. I give my permission for my images to be used for publicity releases.
Vendor may not assign their space or contract it to any other person.
Sales tax payment is the sole responsibility of the vendor.
Upon acceptance you will be invoiced through The invoice can be paid with any US-issued, and most non-US issued cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or JCB Logo. Please pay promptly to secure your spot in the Artisan Collective event to which you are accepted. Payment needs to be received prior to the event date and will be outlined in your invoice. If not paid by the deadline, your booth space will be forfeited and offered up to the next person on the waiting list.
