The registration fee is $99, which can be payable via PayPal here. When you get to the "what is this for?" section once logged into PayPal, please enter "CBRW2023 AND YOUR RESTAURANT/BUSINESS NAME". Payment is required to complete registration. Once payment is complete, please enter the date paid below. IF YOU PREFER TO ZELLE YOUR FEE, SEND ZELLE PAYMENT TO: THISISCBRW@GMAIL.COM. *
