The Big Event 2024 Project Site Application
As of 3/27/2024 we are no longer accepting Project Site Applications. If you have any questions please reach out to jwhittington@tamut.edu. If you choose to fill out this form anyway, your project will be placed on a waiting list and will only be filled if volunteers are available.
Please read before completing:
The Big Event is scheduled for Saturday, April 13th from 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM.
Projects are scheduled to run from 8:30am until noon.
Project sites are expected to have their own supplies and materials. Additionally, The Big Event volunteers are not able to run any power tools or equipment (chain saws, mowers, etc.)
Please let us know what age ranges you can accommodate at your project site as well as how many volunteers you need (please provide a minimum and a maximum)
We cannot guarantee a number of volunteers at a specific project site--that total is determined by the number of volunteers and project sites for that day.
We do expect someone from the organization present for each project site.
Once you submit this registration form, you will receive separate communication from our team to get some additional information and provide your organization with a waiver to sign.
