Volunteer Registration Form for IVMHA 2026 Conference

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 3rd Annual International Vietnamese Mental Health Association (IVMHA) Conference.

We are currently accepting a limited number of volunteers for this year’s conference and plan to notify selected applicants by Monday, July 31st, 2026.

This year’s conference will be especially exciting as IVMHA will be hosting a bi-coastal conference experience, with two conferences taking place simultaneously. We are currently recruiting in-person volunteers for both locations:

  1. CalOptima Health
    500 City Parkway West
    Orange, CA 92868

  2. Boston University
    Boston, Massachusetts

Volunteering is a meaningful way to contribute to the Vietnamese mental health community while gaining behind-the-scenes experience with the conference. We especially hope to create opportunities for individuals who are passionate about the mission but may benefit from reduced conference costs. Any additional donations toward the conference are always deeply appreciated and help us continue growing this work and community.

The conference will take place on Friday, October 9, 2026.

There will be a pre-conference 1 hr zoom meeting for all volunteers (Tuesday 9/1/26 at 6pm) and volunteers will need to meet earlier (7am) during conference day. Will you be available?
