The GREEN WAVES has a following calendar*:
Nov 2025 - Jan 2026 
- 2 online lectures, each one lasting 2 hrs - morning/afternoon hours
 - 4 online workshops each one lasting 3 hrs - morning/afternoon hours
 - 2 mentoring sessions - 1 hr each
Feb 2026 
a 2 hr long final event    

* Workshop, lecture, and mentoring hours are indicative and may be adjusted based on project needs and partner coordination.

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 and relevant national data protection laws, we inform you that your personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of managing your participation in the Erasmus+ project "Green Waves: Young Entrepreneurs for Sustainable Tourism in the Mediterranean" (Project ID: 2024-2-IT01-KA210-VET-000274210).

The data controller is: Impact Hub Roma

Your data will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

The personal data collected may be shared with project partners involved in the Erasmus+ project "Green Waves - Young Entrepreneurs for Sustainable Tourism in the Mediterranean", exclusively for purposes related to project implementation, communication, and reporting. These partners will act as Data Processors, under the authority and instructions of the Data Controller (Impact Hub Roma), and in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Appropriate contractual agreements are in place to ensure data protection.

Data will be kept for no longer than necessary and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law or for project monitoring by the National Agency or the European Commission.
