This year, UNGA High-Level Side Event on Social Business, Youth and Technology will The event will bring together Government leaders, Nobel Peace Laureates, UN SDG Advocates, Business Leaders, Innovators, Social Entrepreneurs, young leaders from all over the world to empower community-led actions and innovate together for achieving SDGs:
1) Build a global eco-system to support social business, youth and technology for SDGs 2) Promote cross-sector and generational partnerships for innovation and development 3) Build a global network to support youth on technical innovation and social business.

Social Business is a promising model that can harness young people’s potential to drive economic development, positive social change, environmental sustainability, and technological innovation. A model developed by 2006 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus, it is defined as a business created to address a social problem.
