EQUIPMENT
Northern Lights Festival Boréal will assign a suitable location to each vendor according to our needs and requirements within the venue. All vendors & attractions must supply their own tent or booth at the festival. A "self-contained unit" is defined as: a unit, which has been inspected, pre-approved by a building inspector, to supply or sell specified merchandise or product. The unit must be portable and equipped with all required appliances.

Note: The electrical system on site is limited. There is no 3-phase power available. All deep fryers must be propane-fired units – no electrical fryers will be allowed. Air conditioning is not to be used and hydro will be disabled from your unit is being used for this purpose. Electricity may be available at an extra cost (in 110 volt, 15 amp increments, see fee structure) All requests must be made on this application form. It is possible that your required may not be approved. If requests have not been included and approved on this contract then additional electricity will not be available. Vendors must supply their own extension cords, regardless of on-site location. NLFB cannot guarantee power to Artisan vendors (portable lights suggested for night time operation).

Please consult www.nlfb.ca/vendors for current fee structure. Please submit payment upon submission by cheque or credit card info, to be processed only upon approval. You will be contacted for authorization to process payment if your application is approved. Submission of your application, or past festival participation does not guarantee a confirmed space.
DISCLAIMER
Form must be submitted no later than May 31st, 2017. You will be advised by June 8th, 2016 if your application has been approved. That being said, many acceptances will occur much earlier based on event priorities and the discretion of the organizing staff. Early payment can help guarantee placement.
