Payment, Physical Registration Forms, and Health Card Information can be taken into the Recreation Centre (given to Clara) and/or emailed to  prestonreccentre@accesscable.net

If you have multiple children, fill out 1 application per, and you can pay for all of them at once, with cash or etransfer + putting their name(s) in the message to confirm.
