Farm to Table Cheese Presentation- Jan 17th
Sheri Allen ACS CCP with ARTISANAL TOUCH EVENTS will be presenting an interactive, in-class field trip on the Farm to Table process of making cheese and butter.  Students will have the opportunity to sample cheese at the end of the presentation.  Sheri Allen is certified with the American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional.  We are lucky to have her as a 1st Grade S.T.E.M. partner and grateful that she is willing to share her expertise with us.
