Please be advised that filling out this order form does not guarantee that your order is booked. Please provide a valid phone number, or email address in order to receive your quote, and to confirm your order. If you submit your inquiry between Tuesday and Sunday you will receive a response the following Monday. If you have any urgent questions, please do not hesitate to email me, and I will respond as soon as I can. Customer service hours are Monday-Friday between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.
All orders that exceed $55 require a 50% retainer fee in order to hold the date you are requesting, this retainer fee is due within 48 hours after you receive an invoice. Your remaining balance will be due no later than 2 weeks prior to your pick up/shipping date. You will receive a courtesy reminder, if you fail to pay the remaining balance your order will be canceled.
All orders below $55 must be paid in full within 48 hours.
