WHO: Any FPS Staff Member

WHAT: Throughout the summer, there will be Tech Tuesdays in a relaxed, "open lab" format. These days are designed for you to work on whatever tech-related topics you would like while we are here for you to answers questions and teach you as needed. All staff are welcome to attend. For teachers, the hours you attend can be counted towards your state required DPPD hours for licensure renewal. Some ideas of topics you can work on or get help with include Google Sites Website, Setting up Google Classrooms for teacher-student and student-student interaction, creating movies with WeVideo, Working with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Draw, Keep, etc., Exploring how to become or work towards becoming a Google Certified Educator, Creating or modifying SMART Board lessons and activities, Using the HoverCam for sharing student work, annotating, and/or visible thinking strategies, Using Chromebooks with my students, Using technology to create formative assessments, exit tickets, etc., Finding online resources to suit students in a grade-level or content area, Google Apps/G-Suite PD (e.g. Formative Assessments with Google Forms, Creating Interactive Lessons, Collecting Data in Google Sheets, etc.), Content specific apps (e.g. NewsELA, Compass, Prodigy, Algebra Nation, etc.), or Anything else you would like training or help on in technology!  YOU DECIDE!!!

WHERE:  10 Mile (MEC) Building Computer Lab

WHEN:  9:00 - 2:00 on the date(s) you choose to come

WHY:  To have FUN learning about efficient and engaging ways you can use technology in your classroom or for your job!
