If you are out of town or need to suspend salad delivery, please complete this form by Wednesday evening prior to the week that you need to be suspended. If your request is not submitted by midnight on Wednesday evening, your refund cannot be guaranteed.  This suspension will OVERWRITE any previous suspend dates and we cannot be responsible if your new dates replace your old dates and your salads are delivered. If you need to suspend multiple trips at once, please email salads2yourdoor@gmail.com with your start/resume dates.
