In this Week 2 Data Exercise, we will ask you a few questions about ABCD Study data and about shell and git basics. You will need access to a Terminal application and/or an Internet browser.

In the ABCD lecture portion of this week we covered using DEAP, https://deap.nimhda.org/applications/User/login.php. Only researchers who have been approved to access ABCD Study data are permitted to access DEAP. Students who have successfully gained access to DEAP will be asked a few additional questions. Students who do not have access to DEAP will not be required to answer these questions. If you have ABCD data access but are unable to access DEAP (this happens from time to time if the website is down) then we recommend emailing the NDA helpdesk at ndahelp@mail.nih.gov.
