Please utilize this form to communicate needs in Lowell for street/encampment outreach, downtown business support, neighborhood concerns, and reports of people living outside that may be in distress.
For three years our church has been the City of Lowell’s central registration for our homeless community as well so reporting any new concerns is important for overall data as well.
Our engagement ministry, our H3 Hub (healthy meals, homeless services and harm reduction hub) has been open on Appleton Street for over ten years - has been funded by the City of Lowell, Mass Dept of Public Health, The RIZE Foundation, The Parker Foundation, Greater Lowell Community Foundation, Tufts School of a medicine and more.
Our team of Community Health Workers will incorporate your report with their daily routine. We specialize in working with adults living in poverty and homelessness, people living substance use disorder, at risk of hiv, hepc, people with mental health and other medical concerns. It’s important to note that this work is slow and sensitive and response may take time to find a solution that balances good neighbor expectations, individual safety and trust.
These are important Lowellians and we will work hard to try to address these concerns with empathy and compassion. Our resources are very limited but we will do what we can. Blessings to you and thank you for reaching out.
If you have an emergency situation of any nature please contact 911.
