Join us for the Willow Wonderland Gingerbread House Competition! We're excited to celebrate the holiday season with a creative competition in our community! This competition is part of Willow Wonderland! Please see the rules and details below. Winners will be chosen Saturday December 7th and announced during the Willow Wonderland! All gingerbread houses will be on display Saturday Dec. 7th 10AM-5PM at the Castle Shannon Library for everyone to enjoy!!
WHERE:
Community Library of Castle Shannon (Myrtle Ave)
WHEN: All submissions must be dropped off and placed at the Community Library of Castle Shannon Wednesday, December 4th through Friday December 6th. Winners will be chosen December 7th, and announced at Willow Wonderland.

Wednesday Dec. 4, 10:30am-4:30pm
Thursday Dec. 5, 10:30am-7:30pm
Friday Dec. 6, 10:30am-4:30pm
A select panel of judges will view all gingerbread houses Saturday Dec. 7th.
House should be picked up Monday Dec. 9, 10:30am-7:30pm.
WHO: All ages are welcome to submit a gingerbread house.
SIZE REQUIREMENTS: Must be built on a firm base no larger than 18in. x 18in. ONLY edible decorations can be used to decorate the outside. You may start from scratch or use a pre-built kit as the base of your house.
Rules:
-Register HERE using this form to submit an entry.
-All ages are welcome to participate.
-Create your gingerbread house on a solid surface - base no larger than 18in. x 18in
-Use only edible decorations to complete your design.
-Label the underside of your base with your name used to submit entry.
-Bring to library Wednesday Dec. 4th-Friday Dec. 6th. (see above hours for Library)
-All houses must be picked up on Monday Dec. 9th 10:30am-7:30pm
Prizes will be awarded to First, Second and Third place winners, and will be announced during Willow Wonderland Dec. 7th at 5:30PM!
