Each of the undersigned named below states as follows:
I have the necessary skills, and the proper insurance to participate in all reasonably anticipated aspects of the Montbello Alive! event execution and activities except as noted below. The nature of the Montbello Alive! event execution and activities has already been fully disclosed to me, and any brochure, flyer or announcement relating to the Montbello Alive! event execution and activities is expressly made a part of this Authorization and Waiver.
I hereby indemnify, release, hold harmless and forever discharge the Montbello Organizing Committee (MOC) and their agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors and assigns, of and from any and all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages and liabilities, of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, that I ever had or may have, arising from or in any way related to my participation in any Montbello Alive! event execution and activities conducted by, on the premises of, or for the benefit of, the Montbello Organizing Committee; provided, that this waiver of liability does not apply to any acts of gross negligence, or intentional, willful or wanton conduct.
This Authorization and Waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, legal representatives, successors and assigns. The provisions of this Authorization and Waiver will continue in full force and effect even after the termination of the Montbello Alive! event execution and activities by, on the premises of, or for the benefit of, the Montbello Organizing Committee, whether by agreement, by operation of law, or otherwise.
This Authorization and Waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by that law. If any provision of this Authorization and Waiver is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
This Authorization and Waiver contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between them concerning the subject matter of this Authorization and Waiver. The provisions of this Authorization and Waiver may be waived, altered, amended or repealed, in whole or in part, only upon the prior written consent of all parties.
Any claim or controversy that arises out of or relates to this Authorization and Waiver or the alleged breach of it, and which cannot be settled by the parties, will be settled by submission to the chapter of the American Arbitration Association or similar group nearest to the Montbello Organizing Committee in accordance with its current rules and procedures.

Esta Autorización y Renuncia es vinculante para mí, mis herederos, albaceas, representantes legales, sucesores y cesionarios. Las disposiciones de esta autorización y exención continuarán en pleno vigor y efecto incluso después de la terminación de Montbello Alive. ejecución de eventos y actividades por, en las instalaciones de, o en beneficio de, el Comité Organizador de Montbello, ya sea por acuerdo, por aplicación de la ley o de otra manera.
Esta autorización y exención se rige por las leyes del estado de Colorado y tiene la intención de ser tan amplia e inclusiva como lo permita esa ley. Si alguna disposición de esta Autorización y Renuncia se considera inválida o inaplicable por un tribunal de jurisdicción competente, las disposiciones restantes seguirán siendo plenamente efectivas.
Esta Autorización y Renuncia contiene el acuerdo completo entre las partes y reemplaza cualquier acuerdo previo escrito u oral entre ellas con respecto al tema de esta Autorización y Renuncia. Las disposiciones de esta Autorización y Renuncia se pueden renunciar, alterar, enmendar o revocar, en su totalidad o en parte, solo con el consentimiento previo por escrito de todas las partes.
Cualquier reclamo o controversia que surja de o se relacione con esta Autorización y Renuncia o el supuesto incumplimiento de la misma, y que no pueda ser resuelta por las partes, será resuelta mediante sumisión al capítulo de la Asociación Americana de Arbitraje o grupo similar más cercano a la Comité Organizador de Montbello de acuerdo con sus normas y procedimientos vigentes.
