Louisville Booth Refund Request - PLEASE READ
This request may only be fulfilled if Live Nation grants contract termination and does not withhold deposits.

Understand that no known event insurance covers Covid-19 cancellations. Last year, we offered a Covid-19 refund window until 8/15/2020, so if your booth was (1.) purchased prior to 8/15/2020 and you knowingly opted to transfer to 2021, OR (2.) purchased on or after January 1 2021, loss of booth fees was a known risk. We gave everyone a chance to redeem their losses PRIOR to Covid-19, but due to known risk of future event terminations due to Covid-19, we are not responsible.

Bitchcraft Fair signed into legally binding contracts with Live Nation prior to the Covid-19 mandated lockdowns on 3/16/2020, with zero formative knowledge of a pandemic of such scale. Bitchcraft Fair's decision to postpone from 2020 to 2021 was made only in the interest of vendors, so as not to lose their securities to deposits paid, where vendor fees currently sit. We would have cancelled & terminated all contracts ASAP if such a motion would free your booth fees from bondage. This was not a choice we were given.

Covid-19 has left us entirely without options, therefore, we must publicly acknowledge our limitations. There is nothing further we can do if our negotiations are not successful. We are currently negotiating breaking our contracts to reclaim those funds for you. If we are successful, your refund will be processed via PayPal, so please provide an accurate e-mail address. This form will be open through Nov 1.

I understand that refunds are entirely conditional due to the current state of affairs due to Covid-19's relationship to the event industry, as no known insurance covers Covid-19 cancellations. I understand that Bitchcraft Fair offered a Covid-19 refund window until 8/15/2020, that if my booth was (1.) purchased prior to 8/15/2020 and I opted to transfer to 2021, OR (2.) purchased on or after January 1 2021, I am responsible for potential loss due to known risk of future event terminations due to Covid-19. I understand my money is in Live Nation's possession and that any further action Bitchcraft Fair takes to reclaim those funds from being lost is for my protection, and in my best interest. If the motion to reclaim these deposits is denied, I will direct all future complaints to Live Nation. I understand that in requesting a refund, I henceforth absolve Bitchcraft Fair of any further culpability due to a global pandemic that could not have been predicted prior to 3/16/20, as all contracts with Live Nation were entered into on or prior to 1/27/2020. *
