2. After submitting a vehicle request, you must confirm approval from the Vehicle Management Department. Approval status will be provided by phone or email.

3. Vehicle keys must be picked up from the church Ministry Support Office staff on the day of use, and you must complete the key checkโ€‘in/checkโ€‘out signature process. If you need to use the vehicle outside church office hours (9 AMโ€“5 PM), arrangements must be made one day in advance.

4. After using the vehicle, you must fill out the โ€œVehicle Operation Reportโ€ located inside the vehicle. Any issues or damage caused by accidents must be reported to the Vehicle Management Department immediately.
