Important information
This guided tour take place in the General Staff Building of the State Hermitage museum. Tours are held daily from 10:30–16:00, except on Wednesdays when the tours run until 19:00 and on Mondays there will be no tours as the State Hermitage Museum and MANIFESTA 10 are closed.

All groups must register and pre-book their visit at least 10 days in advance. A guided tour is free of charge with a valid entrance ticket to the General Staff Building (which cost 100 rubles).

Please note that the cancellation of excursions, as well as the alternation of any reservation details (date, time, number of participants) must be signified in advance - no less than 10 days prior to the excursion. Otherwise MANIFESTA 10 reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tour.

Please make sure the size of your group does not exceed 25 participants. Please note that if the group is more than the permitted number of persons you will not be allowed to take a tour. If your group is more than 25 people, you can book two excursions having divided up the participants between the groups.

School/university groups:
Guided tours for school groups are available every day at 10:30, 13:00 and 15.30, except on Mondays. These guided tours include a workshop. There will be two tours available for each time slot so a maximum of two school groups can book at one time. Please note that the group leader will also need to buy a ticket which will cost 100 rubles.

Age categories:
0 – 18 years old / 10–15 people per guide / duration 1h 30 m.
18+ / 10 – 25 people per guide / duration 1h 30m.

Family tours:
On Saturdays and Sundays at 10:30 only family tours are available.
On Sundays from 12:00 - 15:00 free open family workshops are available.
