Highlands Festival 2018 is in its 14th consecutive year. During the Highlands Festival, each vendor will be provided with a 10’ x 10’ area for use during the festival. The space on the sidewalk behind the booth should not be used for storage, boxes, etc. It is the responsibility of vendor to assemble their area in a fashion consistent with the spirit of the festival, man the assigned 10’ x 10’ area, beginning at 12:00 p.m., and disassemble and remove property no sooner than 8:00 p.m. or immediately after the festival ends at 11:00 p.m.
