1. Give me a better idea of the style/type of piece you like, could be images, photos etc. I don’t like to recreate other designs, but this info helps me figure out your expectations. Email any images to gmcameli@gmail.com

2. Give me your budget constraints and assuming that the budget fits my estimated range that the piece can be produced for, we’d move onto design.

3. The client would answer a number of questions that are intended to get the designer and client on the same page (see questionnaire below). Based on the answers to the questionnaire the client will be given an approximate range of a final cost for the project. If the client is satisfied with this estimate, then we will move onto actual design work. Please be aware that a final quote cannot be given until you are ready to sign off on the design.

4. With a design fee of $300-$500 per piece, depending on the size of the piece and the complexity of the design, we would work together to finalize a computerized design. This fee would be non-refundable if you decide not to move forward with the project but would be rolled into the final cost if we do move forward.

5. The design timeline is variable depending on complexity and size as well. I will communicate with the client about the direction/evolution of the design to make sure we are on the same page.

6. When the final design is signed off on the client will be given the final pricing quote for the project and would put a 50% deposit down (of the remaining balance) and gathering of supplies and construction would begin. Be aware that change orders by the client may increase the cost of the project and the client will be informed about that additional cost.

7. The client would pay the balance of the quote at delivery. I will deliver and install within a one hour radius of Atlanta at no additional charge. Additional delivery costs will be incurred for deliveries farther away than one hour from Atlanta and the client will be informed of those costs in the final quote.
