Attendance at all Paulding County High School Band rehearsals, sectionals, and performances is mandatory and is vital to the success of our program as well as its individual participants. If you must miss a rehearsal, complete this form no later than 24 hours before the anticipated absence. Unexcused absences may result in being sidelined for a marching band performance, dismissed from a concert setting, being ineligible for a Varsity Band Letter, and in the case of multiples, removal from the Band Program. Please see the Attendance section of the Band Handbook for full details. Only absences submitted here will be under consideration for excuse. If the absence will take place within 24 hours, please submit this form AND call the band office at 770-443-8008, Ext. 31026 to leave a detailed message explaining the absence.
