St. Mark Confirmation Registration
We are so excited for what is sure to be another amazing year of Confirmation at St. Mark! Please complete this form to register for the 2019-2020 school year. Confirmation at St. Mark is a two-year program for seventh and eighth grade students. Along with weekly gatherings on Wednesday evenings, there will also be the opportunity to go on two retreats and participate in other events throughout the year.

The Fall Retreat at Lutheran Outdoor Ministries is on October 4 & 5. The cost per student for this retreat is $60, due on or before October 4th.

For the first time, our Spring Retreat will meet overnight! More time together means more flexibility when the weather causes trouble. On April 3 & 4 we will go to various places in the Rockford Area and sleep at St. Mark.

In addition to this digital form, a medical release form on paper is required to register. After you submit this form, we will send one in the mail. When you receive it, please fill it out and submit it on or before our first Wednesday gathering on September 11th.
