SCBA Extractor & Equipment Request Form

If you are not a current member, we request a donation of $25 to use the extractor or equipment, $10 of which will be applied to your SCBA membership.
No cost to rent the extractor for current paid members.
Nothing else comes with the extractor. 
We have 2 extractors:
-Maxant 3100
-(Green Handle) Brushy Mountain

Equipment:
-Observation Hive
-UnCapping Tank
-Lorob Bees Oxalic Acid Vaporizer (Requires SCBA's Signed Waiver and Training. (You must wear and provide your own Goggles and Respirator to use)

CLEAN-UP for both Extractors is easy by laying them on their side on a large towel on the countertop, next to your sink. Spray the inside with very hot water for a minute or so. You may add a mild soapy water ONLY and thoroughly rinse with very hot water. FINISH BY wiping dry with a low lint cloth. Allow to finish with air drying before placing back into the box.

**DO NOT DISASSEMBLE THE EXTRACTORS IN ANY WAY.
