We are seeking action-oriented leaders from industry who commit to 1 hour per month of attendance and engagement in actions that will lead to a vibrant and sustainable talent ecosystem in South Florida. Working group members contribute to regional data, design programs, become leading voices, test strategies, and contribute to case studies. Members also work closely with the Miami Tech Works team to custom design engagement programs with training providers to solve the hiring challenges of today and the future.

Prospective Members:

hiring managers focused on tech and tech-adjacent jobs
decision makers + influencers in tech companies or within tech departments
CIOs, CTOs, HR Leaders, and CEOs who want to shape the South Florida tech talent ecosystem
