Pride Parade: Saturday, June 6
Our lineup spot is #23 in the yellow zone, which is on Market Street between 3rd St and 4th St. Please arrive by 11:30 am with any candy or items your church has to pass out along the route. (If you have the budget to order stickers or any other giveaways, those are always popular!)
The United Methodists of Rockford group does not have any vehicles so all participants should be prepared to walk or roll (bikes, strollers, wheelchairs, wagons) the one mile route, which begins downtown at State and 4th and concludes at State and Wyman. Details available here. You can find parking along the route. We also encourage supporters who aren't walking in the parade to be spectators and hold signs cheering on participants
