To ensure a smooth and efficient process for both of us, here's what you can expect when scheduling your consultation.

1. Scheduling

1 Hour In-Person Consultations-$125 plus recommendation packet of what we discussed and plant ideas.  Three mockup pictures of one garden area are included: Available within 20 miles of Portage, MI. If you live up to 15 miles outside this radius, a $25 travel fee will apply. If you are 15-30 miles beyond, a $50 fee will apply.

1 Hour Virtual Consultation-$100 plus recommendation packet of what we discussed and plant ideas.  Mockup pictures of one area of your garden are included:: Available to anyone in USDA zones 5-7.  

If our session exceeds the initial 1 hour period, the additional time will be billed in 15-minute increments.

Cost for additional mockup pictures of your garden- $30 per area.  

2. Booking Your Appointment

Once this form has been filled out, I will contact you to schedule your consultation appointment.  If you do not here from me within 48 hours make sure to check your spam folder because the email may have gotten filtered there.  

3. Payment: I take payment through Venmo or Zelle. I will send a payment request and appointment reminder 1-2 days before our scheduled appointment. Payment is required ahead of time to hold your appointment. 

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations More Than 48 Hours in Advance: If you need to cancel your consultation more than 48 hours before the scheduled time, I will gladly provide a full refund.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours: If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled consultation time, unfortunately, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment. This is because I often structure my day around set garden consultations, and last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill those time slots.
