Where: The Kangaroo Creek Farm

  • 5932 Old Vernon Road, Kelowna, BC

Kick off the 2025/2026 school year with a field trip to mingle with some furry friends- and some fellow homeschooling critters!

The farm is open from 10:00am-3:00pm.

*TLA Field Trip coordinator, Pam Smid, will be at the farm from 10:30am-1:00pm; however, families are welcome to arrive and depart at any time.

For ease of admission coordination, families can pay at the gate. The entrance fees are as follows:

Low Season Rates (March thru June and September thru Thanksgiving weekend):

  • Adults and Youth (16 years to 64): $20
  • Children (5 yrs to 15 years): $10
  • Seniors (65 yrs plus): $10
  • Children 4 yrs and younger: FREE
Note: You may wish to consider the following note from The Kangaroo Farm:

We recommend buying one or more punch cards when they become available for sale after Labor Day.  This will save you $5 on adult admission and $2.50 on a child/senior admission.  If you are interested in that I can go into more detail about how they work.  They are $150 each and have 10 punches.  They don't expire and can be used any time we are open.

In low season, when the kids are back in school, each punch is good for one adult or a two-for-one child/child, or child/senior, or senior/senior combination.
