Dementia Respite 2024                                The Walk - Registration 

Our Crowdfunding campaign, Dementia Respite 2024, kicks off with a Walk for Dementia Carers on Sunday, 28th April as we embark on a journey of compassion and solidarity. 

We aim to raise £15,000 to pay for 600 hours of respite for Dementia Family Carers bringing relief and peace of mind to many families.  

Starting Point: from 10.30am, Chesham Clock Tower, Market Square, Chesham HP5 1ES.
