ORS 3% Healthcare Refund - Former Employees

On Friday, March 30, 2018, inactive employees who completed and returned the necessary paperwork were issued their refund by direct deposit into their bank accounts. WE WILL BE MAILING PAY STUBS WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK OR SO. If you have not received your refund and believe you are entitled to one, please email payroll@novik12.org or call 248-449-1416 for additional information.

FEBRUARY 5, 2018
On Monday, February 5, 2018, the Novi Community School District mailed letters to former employees, including retirees, employed with the district between July 2010 and September 2012, containing information about the ORS 3% Refund of Healthcare Contributions and the refund process.

The letters included certain forms, which must be completed and returned to the District by March 15, 2018, in order to process the refund, which the District will directly deposit into an account specified by the former employee on March 30, 2018.
