KVL Teen Summer Reading Registration
Get ready for reading, prizes, and fun all summer long! Rising 6th-12 Graders can register for Teen Summer Reading using this form. 

How does Teen Summer Reading Work? 
  1. Read something (whatever you like!)
  2. Fill out a mini Book Review
  3. Win a scratch-off card to reveal...
  4. A mini prize OR a raffle ticket for a chance to win a big prize.
Once you register, you'll need to stop by the Library to pick up book review forms or you can print this template to hand in reviews.
