STUDENT COMMITMENT
I will:
*Attend school regularly and be on time to all classes.
*Come prepared to work in class with the needed materials.
*Fill out the daily assignment log in student agenda for each class/subject.
*Demonstrate my best effort on all assignments.
*Complete all homework assignments to the best of my ability.
*Follow all school rules.
*Be courteous and cooperative with all staff and students.

PARENT COMMITMENT
I will:
*Assure my student’s regular school attendance.
*Establish a time and place for homework.
*Review and assist with homework assignments as necessary.
*Encourage appropriate school conduct.
*Support teachers and staff in their effort to educate my student.
*Ask for support when needed.
*Be supportive of school functions including Back to School Night, Open House,
Parent Conferences, and other parent-related activities.
*Review the daily assignment log in my student’s Agenda Book regularly.

SCHOOL COMMITMENT
We will:
*Provide an orderly and supportive learning environment for all students.
*Assist parents by providing information and materials regarding goals, grade level
standards and expectations, and assessment on a regular basis.
*Provide classroom and school-wide interventions for students who are not
performing at grade level.
*Provide conferences with parents as necessary to implement these commitments.
