This survey covers questions about your overall experience with Consulgent, as well as more specific sections about conversations with the AI and about non-conversation experiences.
Most questions are statements with a 1-5 scale from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree. If you have not encountered a situation, then simply skip the question - a lot of the more specific questions are not required.
It should take 10-15 minutes to fill out, but there are open questions if you would like to provide additional details.
