Motueka Kai Fest 2018 Stall Registration
Sunday, 8th April 10am - 3pm

Motueka Kai Fest celebrates that Motueka grows great food, thanks to outstanding water, soil, climate, and people. Through it, we aim to bring together our community of many cultures to learn more about and honour one thing which we all have in common - kai.

Priority will be given to stall holders who display and sell kai related items, including but not limited to: ethnic food stalls, fresh and local produce/kai stalls, and kai related businesses and craft.

We aim to be a zero waste event. Single use plastic bags and non-compostable packaging are banned. We can help you source biodegradable packaging.

Usual stall size is 3x3m. Please tell us if you are outside these measurement (including tow bar,...)
What is your size?
Your answer
We reserve the right to coordinate food and other stalls to ensure we do not have too much of one and not enough of another kind of food/stall. Priority will be given to stalls that incorporate the vision and the theme, stalls that support Kai Fest's goal to be a Zero Waste event, and food stalls that use local or locally processed ingredients and/or materials. Please state how you will take these concepts into consideration. *
